摘 要:采用周期浸润加速腐蚀实验,模拟实际大气腐蚀环境,研究了Cu含量对含Cr低合金高强耐候钢耐蚀性的影响规律.利用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段检定腐蚀的深度、腐蚀产物膜中元素分布及其相组成.结果表明,当Cu含量较低时,锈层容易从表面剥离,使侵蚀性溶液渗入,钢的失重速率增高;随着Cu含量的增加,锈蚀的深度明显降低,同时由于Cu与Cr共同在锈层的内部富集,增加锈层的致密度,使钢的失重速率明显降低.The effect of Cu content on corrosion resistance of a Cr containing high strength low alloy weathering steel was studied by cyclic wet-dry test, which was designed to simulate the real atmospheric corrosion. The corrosion depth, distribution of elements and phase constituents of corrosion product were characterized by SEM and XRD. Based on the experimental results, it can be found that when the Cu content is low, the formed rust scale could not prevent the substrate from further corrosion because the scale were fragile and easily stripped from the substrate surface, which is believed to result in the increase of weight loss of the steels. The weight loss due to corrosion decreased sharply with the increasing of Cu content of the steels and the formed rust scale became thinner and much compact due to the enrichment of Cu and Cr on the inner portion of the rust scale.
