摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、硬度计和冲击试验机等研究了不同氮含量耐蚀4Cr16Mo塑料模具钢在不同热处理后的显微组织、硬度和冲击性能。结果表明:添加氮后试验钢的淬火峰值硬度比4Cr16Mo钢的高出2HRC,其最佳淬火温度为1040~1050℃;添加氮提高了4Cr16Mo钢在不同温度回火后的硬度,且在450℃出现二次硬化峰,其值比4Cr16Mo钢二次硬化峰的硬度高6HRC;4Cr16Mo钢中析出的碳化物呈链状、棒状分布,加入氮后钢中碳化物呈球状分布。The microstructure, hardness and impact property of the 4Cr16Mo corrosion resistant plastic die steel with different nitrogen contents after different heat treatments were studied by OM, SEM, sclerometer, impact testing machine and so on. The results show that quenching peak hardness of the steel adding nitrogen was 2 HRC higher than the 4Cr16Mo steel, and the optimal quenching temperature was 1 040 - 1 050℃. Adding nitrogen increased the hardness of the 4Cr16Mo steel tempered after different temperatures, and the secondary hardening peak appeared at 450℃, which was 6 HRC higher than 4Crl6Mo steel. The carbides precipitated from 4Crl6Mo steel showed chain and bar distribution, and showed globular distribution after adding nitrogen.
