黄药材(山大黄)的生药学研究

摘　　要：目的:鉴定黄药材(山大黄)的品种来源及质量评价。方法:从黄药材的来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定4大方面进行研究。结果:其粉末显微结果有草酸钙簇晶,微量升华有黄色菱状针晶和羽状结晶,理化检查有蒽醌类、黄酮类及鞣质类成分。结论:黄药材为蓼科植物波叶大黄Rheum franzenbachii Munt.的根及根茎。Objective：To identify sources of yellow varieties of medicinal herbs（rhubarb） and quality evaluation.Method：Identification of the source from the yellow herbs,character identification,microscopic identification,chemical identification of four major aspects of research.Result：The results of their powder microscopic clusters of calcium oxalate crystals,micro distillation of a yellow needle crystal and feather-shaped diamond crystals,physical and chemical check anthraquinones,flavonoids and tannin components.Conclusion：The yellow wave medicinal plants for the leaves of rhubarb polygonaceae rheum franzenbachii Munt.＇s Roots and rhizomes.
