摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血术后患者医院-社区-家庭一体化管理模式的效果。方法将我院2007年6月—2010年6月125例患者随机分为医院-社区-家庭一体化管理组(简称实验组,63例)和对照组(62例)。实验组进行医院-社区-家庭一体化管理,对照组行常规管理。比较两组术后第3、9个月的ADL评分。结果康复组第3、9个月ADL评分显著高于对照组。结论 医院-社区-家庭一体化管理有利于高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复。Objective Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hospital-community-family integrated management efficacy.Methods To our hospital in June 2007-June 2010 125 patients were randomly divided into the hospital-community-family integrated management group（experimental group） and the control group,patients in the experimental group were hospital-community-family management,routine management of the control group.Two groups were compared after 3 months and 9 months of ADL score.Results The rehabilitation group at 3 months,9 months,ADL scores were significantly higher.Conclusion Hospital-community-family benefit the integrated management of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage recovery of neurological function.
