摘　　要：目的探讨血液透析联合血液灌流治疗头孢菌素导致抗生素脑病的临床效果。方法回顾性分析16例尿毒症患者在使用头孢菌素过程中出现的神经精神症状,探讨应用血液透析灌流治疗抗生素脑病的优势。结果应用血液透析灌流治疗患者症状均明显缓解。结论 血液透析灌流治疗抗生素脑病是一种重要而可行的治疗手段。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined hemodialysis and hemoperfusion in treatment of antibiotic encephalopathy induced by cephalosporin.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 16 renal failure patients developing encephalo-pathic syndrome and electro-encephalogram changes during the cephalosporins treatment.Results AlL of the 16 patients recovered from encephalopathy syndrome after treated with combined hemodialysis and hemoperfusion.Conclusion Combined hemodialysis and hemoperfusion is feasible and an important method in treatment of antibiotics encephalopathy.
