摘　　要：娄底市是娄底地区林业分类经营的试点单位，通过对该市林业分类经营总体规划的指导思想、规划原则、规划内容等问题进行探讨，试图摸索出林业分类经营总体规划的方法，为今后林业分类经营建设提供参考。Loudi city is the county-level pilot site for forestry classification management inthe Loudi Prefecture. By means of discussion on guiding ideology, planning principle, planningcontent of overall planning for forestry classfication management Of Loudi City, the authors try tofind out the method of overall planning for forestry classirication management, and then providereference for construction of forestry classification management in future.
