摘  要:索膜结构的关键构件和节点的设计是整个世博轴工程的重要技术环节,节点设计不仅要满足自身的受力要求,而且必须符合结构整体协同工作的要求;节点构造的设计充分体现了结构在受力安全、建筑美学、制作工艺等各项专业的综合技术.本工程的关键节点设计充分结合了世博轴索膜顶棚跨度大、位移大、几何非线性特征较强等特点,研究创新了一系列的节点构造,采用有限元进行细部计算分析,并且通过结构试验和测试,论证了结构的关键构件及节点设计不仅满足建筑美观要求,又在结构上富含技术特点.The design of key members and joints of cable-membrane structure is the vital aspect of the entire project. The joint design has to be in accordance with not only its own load requirements, but the collaboration of overall structure as well. The design detail of joint fully demonstrates the specialized and integrated technique features of the structure in load safety, architectural aesthetic, and fabrication technology, etc. Considering the characteristics of the Expo Axis cable-membrane roof such as long span, large deformation, and strong geometry nonlinearity, and a set of innovative joints are designed. By conducting in-depth finite element analysis and structural experiment, it demonstrates that the design of key members and joints not only meets the architectural aesthetic requirement, but possesses distinguish structural characteristics as well.
