摘  要:随着信息化社会的到来和网络的普及,网络已经成为大学生学习、生活必不可少的工具,同时,来自网络的不良信息越来越多地侵占大学生的心灵,严重影响了大学生的学习和生活。针对网络给大学生带来的种种影响,研究大学生的网络心理,调适大学生的网络心理障碍,成为当前高校思想政治教育工作面临的新挑战。分析网络环境中大学生已出现的心理问题及产生原因,并且从思想政治教育层面有选择性、针对性地提出维护大学生网络心理健康的措施,以期帮助他们更合理、更有效地使用网络。With the arrival of the information-based society and the popularization of the Internet,the Internet has become an important tool for university students in their study and life.At the same time,more and more negative information from the Internet usurps their minds and severely affecting their study and life.In view of all the implications that the Internet brings to the students,it becomes a new challenge of the current work for university ideological and political education to study the students' Internet psychology and adjust their Internet psychological barriers.Analysis is made to the psychological problems and causes which have occurred among students in the Internet environment.Measures are put forward with selectivity and pertinence from the perspective of ideological and political education to maintain their healthy outlook for the Internet in the hope of helping them use the Internet more reasonably and effectively.
