银丹心脑通胶囊治疗中老年血瘀所致不适的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察银丹心脑通软胶囊对无严重器质性疾病的中老年人常见不适的改善作用。方法挑选中医诊断为血瘀症、接受中药治疗且体检无严重器质性疾病患者46例,给予银丹心脑通软胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,共服用4周。用药前后观察各种不适、血尿常规、肝肾功能、血脂、心电图的变化。结果银丹心脑通软胶囊能明显降低中老年血瘀症所致不适症状的发生;治疗后血总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊对中老年血瘀导致的多种不适有改善和安慰作用,适宜社区推广使用。Objective To observe the effects of Yin dan xin nao tong capsule in treating common discomforts in middle-aged and elder people without serious organic diseases.Methods A total of 46 cases diagnosed with blood stasis without serious organic diseases were enrolled.These subjects were treated with Yin dan xin nao tong capsule（Tid,4 capsules each time） for 4 weeks in addition to traditional Chinese medicine.Discomforts of all kinds,results from routine blood and urine test,function of the liver and the kidney,blood lipid levels and electrocardiogram changes were recorded both before and after the treatment.Results Yin dan xin nao tong capsule remarkably reduced the common discomforts in middle-aged and elder people;levels of TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly reduced after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Yin dan xin nao tong capsule has both improving and placebo effects in treating discomforts complained by middle-aged and elder people with blood stasis.It is suitable for community use.
