摘  要:目的探讨提高护理专业学生实践能力的教学模式。方法对2007级77名护理专业本科生的实践能力教学中采用前-中-后实践技能强化训练模式。结果 2007级护生的操作能力、专业素质和综合能力的考核成绩均优于2006级护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将临床教学实践与理论授课紧密结合、加强护生实践能力的训练有助于提高护理专业学生的实践能力和素质,对培养具有综合化能力的素质优良的实用型护理人才具有积极的意义。Objective To investigate an effective teaching mode for improving the practical ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods Seventy-seven nursing undergraduates of grade 2007 were enrolled into the study to undergo the pre-,intra-and post-practical ability training mode in their practical teaching.Results The scores of operating ability,professional quality and comprehensive ability of the undergraduates of grade 2007 were significantly higher than those of the undergraduates of grade 2006(P〈0.01).Conclusion The joint intergration of clinical teaching practice and theoretical teaching combined with enhanced practical ability training are conductive to improve the practical ability and quality and cultivate nursing talents with comprehensive quality and practical ability.
