油气资源型城市低碳生态城市建设评价研究——以黑龙江省大庆市为例

摘　　要：在对油气资源型城市低碳生态城市发展特点进行深入研究基础上,参照国家环保总局颁布的生态市建设试行指标体系和目前国内外评价低碳社会发展的指标构成,构建评价指标体系。应用AHP方法确定指标体系的权重。采用加权指数法得出低碳生态综合指数。以大庆市为例,评价其近年低碳生态城市建设情况,分析评价结果给出发展低碳生态城市的几点建议。The characteristic of the development for the low-carbon ecological and oil gas resoure-based city is lucubrated,then established an assessment index system according to the trying out version of the index system for ecological city construction and the assessment index constitution of the low-carbon ecological city development home and abroad.The weightiness of the index system was confirmed by the AHP method.And the low-carbon ecological comprehensive index comes from the weithted index method.With Daqing city as a case study,its progress on low-carbon city construction is assesd,then given serveral suggestions for low-carbon city construction based on the assessment result.
