摘　　要：该文通过分析网络实名制的基本要求,指出网络实名制的实现途径,并以建议稿的形式绘制出网络实名制可能的面貌。该文认为网络实名制应通过网络服务提供商实施,实现上网账号实名制。By analyzing the basic requirement of cyber real-name system,this article will discuess how to practice it and make a draft about it.This article suggests cyber real-name system should practice through access account provided by Internet Sevice Provider.
