摘 要:研究分子结构因子近似化合物的本客体色谱行为,有助于探讨分子结构因子与胶束空穴形状及空穴大小之间的适配关系。二苯甲醇类化合物具有近似的分子结构因子,在十二烷基硫酸钠胶束中的本客体色谱行为表现出了相似性。但细微的结构因子差别随胶束浓度的变化仍导致了其适配性的差异,疏水-亲水的平衡在一定条件下影响着适配性。To Study on the host-guest chromatographic (HGC) behaviour of the compoundswith similar factors will be helpful to know more relationship of the suitability between themolecular structures and the micelIar cavities' shapes and sizes. Diphenylmethyl alcohols (DPMA)are these compounds which have similar molecular structural factors, so, their HGC behaviour insodium dodecylsulfate micellar system show similar characteristics. Howeve, a fine difference inmolecular structural factors with changed micellar concentration has an influence on thesuitabilities, the Diphenylmethyl alcohol'S HGC behaviour show their difference in this case. Thehydrophohic-hydrophilic equilibria influence the suitabilities on certain conditions.
