摘　　要：近年来,全国各地公安民警在打击犯罪和维护社会稳定工作中遭受暴力袭击伤亡的人数居高不下,警察已成为和平时期风险最大的职业之一。屡屡发生的袭警事件,在引起社会各界密切关注的同时,也引发了人们对警察维权的深层思考。袭警事件的直接受害者虽然是警察,但是其间接损害的却是国家法律的尊严,如果警察自身的合法权益都得不到保障,也就不会有真正意义上的社会公共安全。因此只有维护警察合法权益,才能更好地服务社会,实现国家的长治久安。In recent years, in the fight against crime and maintaining social stability, the casualties of police across the country suffered from violent attacks are so high, and the police work has become one of the riskiest professions during peacetime. The ongoing assaulting police events caused peoples to pay close attention to it and deep thinking of police＇ s right-safeguarding. The direct victim of assaulting police events isthe police, but its indirect damage is the dignity of law of China, If the police＇ s legal rights and interests are not safeguarded, there are not real social public safety, Therefore only the legal rights and interests are protected, the police can better serve the society, and realize the peace and order of the country.
