摘 要:利用前期选育的13个不育系与7个恢复系设计42个杂交组合,种植在昆明市富民县散旦乡的农户试验田里,进行完全随机组合重复试验.考察杂交组合的农艺性状,进行组与组之间的结果分析评价.结果表明,对单株产量贡献最大的性状依次为每穗实粒数、单株有效穗、千粒重和结实率.每穗实粒数的一般配合力最高,所配组合的产量及实粒数也较高.有些组合的千粒重较高,达到了25 g以上.结实率的变幅为0.96%~87.25%之间,平均值为50.0%左右;其中以B7-16和S4杂交组合V-117型的结实率最大,为87.25%,表现出较高的恢复度.42个组合的平均产量为10 499.85 kg/hm2,产量总体偏低.但组合V-94和V-116最为突出,产量分别为31 243.50 kg/hm2和21 520.50 kg/hm2,达到超级产量水平.42 hybrid combinations from 13 maintainer lines and 7 restorers were planted in the test fields in Fumin county of Kunming city,conducting complete random combination repeating experiments.Cross combinations of agronomical characters were investigated and related analysis on the results among these groups was estimated.The results showed that of all the agronomical traits the greatest contribution for individual grain to the yield was in turn grain number per panicle,productive panicles per plant,1000-grain weight and effective setting percentage.General combining ability of grain number per panicle was the best with the highest yield and most grain number.Some combination of 1000-grain weight is much higher,reaching 25g above.Setting percentage varied from 0.96% to 87.25% with an average of around 50.0%;among them the hybrid combination V-117 from B7-16 and S4 presented the biggest seed setting percentage of 87.25%,showing a higher restore degree.The average yield for 42 hybrid combinations was 10499.85kg/hm2,but the combination of V-94 and V-116 presented the most outstanding yield of 31243.50kg/hm2and 21520.50kg/hm2,respectively,reaching the super yield levels.
