涤纶仿真丝绸拔染印花工艺探讨

摘　　要：拔染印花工艺适合于深地色精细花纹品种的加工。由于涤纶纤维的疏水性结构特点,其拔染印花工艺相对其他亲水性纤维要难,本文对此工艺进行较为具体的探讨,并提出一套较成熟的生产工艺。Discharge printing is suitable for fine pattern with deep ground shade. Due to structural characteristic of polyester fabric, its discharge printing process is relatively difficult compared with hydrophilic fabric. In this paper, various conditions as well as dyestuffs choosing were discussed.
