摘 要:轮边轴是滑移装载机传动装置中重要的连接零件,其失效会导致装载机出现故障。轮边轴在用户试验过程中,一台机上4根轴有3根发生断裂。采用断口宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相组织观察和硬度检验等方法,对轮边轴断裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:轮边轴的断裂属于早期疲劳断裂失效;断裂位于轴承定位台阶过渡圆角处,该位置未进行淬火处理,致使轴的疲劳强度不足,是导致断裂的主要原因;轮边轴心部调质组织不良在一定程度上加剧了断裂失效。A wheel-side axle is a critical conjunction component in the transmission unit of skid loader.Failure of the wheel-side axle may result in malfunction of the machine.Several axles fractured during testing.In order to find out the failure cause,macro observation on the fractures,chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure analysis and hardness testing were carried out.The results show that the fracture of the wheel-side axles is early fatigue fracture failure,and is located at the transition zone of the locating step.This zone hadn't been quenched,and thus the strength was insufficient,which is the main cause of the fracture.In addition,the improper central microstructure after quenching and tempering promoted the fracture.
