针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊对ANFH外展功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨应用针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊治疗ANFH(股骨头坏死)外展功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:对45例68髋ANFH患者外展功能障碍者,采用针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊、对髋关节外展角度、髋关节积液、疼痛指数及JOA髋关节评分进行评估。结果:行针刀治疗后在髋关节外展角度,髋关节积液,疼痛指数评估均优于治疗前(P<0.01),JOA评分总有效率为85.3%。结论:针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊治疗ANFH外展功能障碍可有效改善患者髋关节外展功能,本方法安全可靠、操作简单、疗效确切,有临床推广价值。Objective：To observe the effect of releasing the interior capsular of the hip with acupotomy therapy on its abduction function of patient with avascular necrosis of the femoral head（ANFH）.Methods：All 45 patients of ANFH with 68 hips＇ abduction function disturbed were treated with acupotomy therapy to release the interior capsular of the hips.Then the abduction angle,articular dropsy,index of pain,and JOA score of the hips were recorded and evaluated.Results：The abduction angle,articular dropsy,and pain index of the hips were all improved significantly after acupotomy therapy（P0.01）.The effective rate of JOA score was 85.3%.Conclusion：The acupotomy therapy which is treatment for releasing the interior capsular of the hips can availably improve the hips＇ abduction function,so that it is worthy for widely applied for its advantages of safe,reliable,operation simply,and effective.
