摘　　要：目的:评价改良腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复急性闭合性跟腱断裂的手术疗效。方法:对46例跟腱断裂的患者行手术治疗,手术方法采用改良腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复断裂的跟腱,术后进行康复训练。结果:46例患者均获得随访,随访时间1年以上,平均18个月。根据Amer-Lindholm评分标准对治疗效果进行评价,患者评价结果:优41例,良4例,差1例。优良率97.8%。结论:改良腓肠肌腱膜翻转修复跟腱断裂疗效良好。Objective：To investigate therapeutic effects of improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation in the management of acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures.Methods：A total of 46 cases of acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures were treated with improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation,rehabilitation trainings were done after operation.Results：The patients were followed up for 1 to 3 years（average 18 months）.Therapeutic effects were estimated according to Amer-Lindholm criteria,and the results were excellent in 41 cases,good in 4 cases and bad in 1 case.The rate of excellence and goodness was 97.8%.Conclusion：Improved gastrocnemius tendon flap rotation has satisfactory effects on acute closed Achilles tendon ruptures.
