摘  要:目的:探讨封闭负压引流(VSD)下创面的组织氧含量变化,为VSD在特殊创面中的应用提供一定的理论支持。方法:24例皮肤软组织缺损的患者:其中有12例采用VSD治疗(VSD组),其余12例采用常规换药治疗(对照组)。治疗1周后,分别对这两组24例病例测定创面局部组织液氧分压(PiO2)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),透射电镜观察肉芽组织细胞线粒体密度及形态。结果:VSD组创面局部组织PiO2、SDH明显高于对照组(P<0.01),VSD组LDH明显低于对照组(P<0.01);VSD组肉芽组织细胞线粒体密度明显高于对照组。结论:封闭负压引流创面组织氧含量较常规换药组更丰富,有氧代谢更活跃。Objective:To study the changes of oxygen content in vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) wound tissue.Methods:Twenty-four cases of skin and soft tissue defects were treated with VSD(VSD group,n=12) or with traditional dressing(control group,n=12).After one week,local tissue fluid partial pressure of oxygen(PiO2),levels of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and succinic dehydrogenase(SDH) were determined,and mitochondria density and morphological characteristics of cells were observed under transmission electron microscope(TEM).Results:The PiO2 and SDH levels in local tissue fluid were significantly higher while the LDH levels were lower in VSD group than in control group(all P0.01).The mitochondria density was increased,and morphological changes under TEM were more significant in VSD group as compared with those in control group.Conclusion:Aerobic metabolism of the wound tissue treated with VSD is active and the oxygen content is rich,which is helpful for the recovery of soft tissue defects.
