摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了LiAl5O8∶Eu3+红色发光材料。用XRD、SEM、FL分析表征了样品的结构、形貌及发光性能。研究了助熔剂H3BO3对其发光性能的影响。结果表明:样品为具有立方晶系结构的LiAl5O8晶型,呈片状结构;在波长247 nm的紫外光激发下,样品发红光,发射主峰为613 nm,对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁。其发光强度随着H3BO3加入量的增加先增强,后减弱,当加入H3BO3量为1.0 mol%时,发光强度最大。The red phosphor of LiAl5O8∶Eu3+ was synthesized by sol-gel method.The crystal structure,morphology and luminescent properties of samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and FL.The effect of H3BO3 as flux on the luminescence properties of the LiAl5O8∶Eu3+ red phosphor was investigated.The results show that the sample is a pure cubic system structure of LiAl5O8 crystal which is plate-like with length of about 10 μm.Under ultraviolet excitation with a wavelength of 247 nm,sample gives a red luminescence that was attributed to the transitions 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+,and the maximum emission peak is at λem=613 nm.The luminescence intensity firstly increased with H3BO3 doping concentration increasing,then decreased.The optimal content of H3BO3 is about 1.0 mol%.
