摘 要:以Zn(NO3)2和尿素为主要原料,采用均相沉淀法对A l2O3微滤膜进行了纳米ZnO修饰改性,研究了改性溶液中Zn(NO3)2浓度和改性次数对A l2O3微滤膜孔径分布、孔隙率和纯水渗透通量的影响。结果表明:Zn(NO3)2浓度增大和改性次数增加时,膜孔径和孔隙率明显减小,孔径分布变窄。当Zn(NO3)2浓度为0.3 mol/L并经2次改性后,可在A l2O3微滤膜孔表面形成致密的纳米ZnO改性涂层,改性膜平均孔径约为0.80μm且孔径分布最窄,在膜平均孔径减小25.2%的情况下,水通量可提高49.3%。The Al2O3 microfiltration membranes(MF) were modified with nano ZnO coating by homogeneous precipitation method using Zn(NO3)2 and urea as raw materials.The effect of Zn(NO3)2 concentration and modifying times on the pore size distribution,porosity and pure water flux of the Al2O3 membranes were investigated.The results show that as the Zn(NO3)2 concentration and depositing times increasing,the pore size,porosity and pore size distribution decrease.Dense and smooth nano ZnO coating could be prepared on the pore wall of the Al2O3 MF membranes at the optimized conditions,i.e.Zn(NO3)2 concentration of 0.3 mol/L and two times depositing.The membrane modified at this optimized conditions shows an average pore size of about 0.80 μm and the narrowest pore size distribution,and its pure water flux can be increased by 49.3% despite of the significant decrease in average pore size by 25.2%.
