摘　　要：在陆地水平滑道上建造的自升式钻井平台若没有专用倾斜船台,如何实施平台下水是设计人员需要解决的问题。借鉴海洋工程在水平滑道上建造的导管架与组块滑移装船的方法完成了L780MODE II型自升式钻井平台滑移装船,使得在没有干船坞和专用倾斜船台条件下陆地建造自升式钻井平台的装船、下水成功实施,为其它类似船型结构物采用陆地水平滑道建造方式提供了很好的设计与建造范例。If the platform is built on land horizontal slideway,how to launch it without special inclined slipway？ It is the problem to be solved by the engineers.The method of loading out of jackets and modules built on horizontal slideway has been applied to launching the self-elevation drilling platform L780 MODE II on board successfully without dry dock and inclined slipway,which sets a good design and construction example for building similar hull structures on land horizontal slipway.
