摘  要:目的了解珠海市职业人群布鲁氏菌病感染情况。方法采用血清流行病学监测方法,选取珠海西部地区与牲畜及畜产品有接触的重点人群,设计问卷调查表进行流行病学调查,并采集血清进行虎红平板凝集试验。采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析对职业危险因素进行探讨。结果共监测226个职业人群,采集到226份标本,检出阳性标本23份,阳性率为10.2%。多因素Logistic回归模型结果显示,幼畜接生员OR=6.00(1.11~32.46)是危险因素,使用消毒液洗手OR=0.32(0.12~0.90)是保护因素,差异有统计学意义。结论珠海市畜牧业从业人群中,幼畜接生员工种感染布鲁氏菌病的危险性大,使用消毒液洗手具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of brucella infection in occupational populations in Zhuhai city. Methods Serological surveillance was used to monitor populations who exposed to livestock and livestock products. Designed questionnaire was used for the epidemiological investigation. The rose bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) was employed in the detection of brucellosis.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the risk factor of brucellosis in occupational populations. Results 23 positive samples were confirmed with the positive rate of 10.2% in 226 cases.I.~gistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors.The young animals midwives OR=6.00 ( 1.11 ~32.46) and wash hands using antiseptic solution OR=0.32 (0.12 ~0.90) was statistically significant. Conclusion It was high risk for young animals midwives to have brucellosis and wash hands using antiseptic was a protective factor.
