摘　　要：城市中心区用地结构的调整可以预示中心区未来的发展状况。以南京市为例,通过对新街口中心区在建项目进行调查,分析其强度、分布、性质及用地存量,以期深入分析和预测南京主城中心区未来发展状况。The adjustment of land use structure of central area of megacity can predict its development in the future.Based on the case of Nanjing,this paper,starting from the analysis of the central area of Xinjiekou,analyzes its strength,distribution,nature and land stock through the investigation of under-constructing projects of central area,to achieve the goal of analyzing in depth and forecasting future development of the Nanjing central area.
