摘 要:目的:研究三种节段内固定方法对峡部裂腰椎三维稳定性的影响。方法:实验材料为8具成人新鲜腰椎标本,切断L2双侧峡部,然后分别用钢丝捆绑法、钩螺钉固定法及Buck氏螺钉法固定,通过脊柱三维运动试验机,分别检测其三维稳定性。结果:三种节段内固定方法均能显著地恢复脊柱的稳定性,且三者之间无显著差别。结论:三者均符合腰椎内固定生物力学要求,可根据临床病情特点而选用。Objectives:The experiment was designed to evaluate the influence on stability of spondylolitic lumbar spine with different intrasegmental fixators.Methods:Eight fresh adult human lumbar spinal specimens were chosen as our experimental materials,we stabilized spondylolitic lumbar spine with three kinds of intrasegmental fixators:Including intra segmental wiring,hook screw and Buck's screw,then,three dimensional movements of them were measured.Results:all instruments we chose in our test could restore the stability of the spondylolitic lumbar spines significantly,there was no significant difference between any two of them.Conclusions:all of them fit to stabilize spondylolitic lumbar spine.
