摘　　要：目的:明确髂嵴最高点连线与椎节的关系。方法:对500例腰椎X线平片进行观测,以年龄、性别和症状进行分组分析。结果:并非所有髂嵴最高点连线均通过L4棘突,年龄和性别对此连线有影响,而腰腿痛对其无明显影响。结论:手术前应确定好手术节段,手术中仅凭左右侧髂嵴最高点连线来确定椎节。Objectives:To clear and definite the relation between inter iliac crest line and lumbar vertebrae segment.Methods:The relations between inter iliac crest line and lumbar vertebrae segment were observed on 500 cases X ray plain film of lumbar vertebrae according to sex,ages and with or without lumbago.Results:The sex and age had effect on the relation of inter iliac crest line and the vertebrae,however with or without lumbago had no effect.Conclusions:Before operation,the vertebral segment should be located and defined.It is not scientific that to define the vertebra segment depend on the relation between inter iliac crest line and lumbar vertebrae during operation.
