成都地区362名汉族成人载脂蛋白E表型分布及其与血脂和载脂蛋白之间的关系

摘　　要：为探讨成都地区汉族人群载脂蛋白（ａｐｏ）Ｅ多态性情况及其与血脂、ａｐｏ 之间的关系，作者随机抽取了成都地区健康体检的３６２名汉族成人，采用等电聚焦免疫印迹分析法对其血清ａｐｏＥ表型进行了测定，同时对受检者空腹血ＴＧ、ＴＣ及ａｐｏＡⅠ，Ｂ１００，ＣⅡ，ＣⅢ，Ｅ进行了全面分析。结果显示：成都地区汉族人群ａｐｏＥ表型分布频率为：Ｅ３／３ ７２．９３％ ，Ｅ２／３ １２．９８％ ，Ｅ３／４ １１．３３％ ，Ｅ２／４ １．３８％ ，Ｅ４／４ １．３８％ ，Ｅ２／２未检测到。ＡｐｏＥ等位基因频率为：ε３ ０．８５０８，ε２ ０．０７１８，ε４ ０．０７７４。３６２名汉族成人不同ａｐｏＥ表型的血脂和载脂蛋白水平显示：与ａｐｏＥ３ （Ｅ３／３）或ａｐｏＥ４（Ｅ３／４ ＋ Ｅ４／４ ）组比较，ａｐｏＥ２ （Ｅ２／３ ＋ Ｅ２／２ ）组血清ＴＣ及ａｐｏＢ１００ 明显降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），ａｐｏＥ水平明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），ＴＧ、ａｐｏＡⅠ、ａｐｏＣⅡ、ａｐｏＣⅢ水平无统计学差异；与ａｐｏＥ３ 组比较，ａｐｏＥ４ 组ＴＧ、ＴＣ、ａｐｏＡⅠ、Ｂ１００、ＣⅡ、ＣⅢ和Ｅ均无统计学差异。This investigation was conducted to observe the frequency distribution of apoE phenotypes and alleles and to explore the relationship between apoE polymorphism and plasma lipids or apolipoproteins in Chinese population. ApoE phenotypes were assayed by isoelectric focusing and immunoblotting with serum. Serum lipids and apoAⅠ, B100, CⅡ, CⅢ, E were determined in a random subset of 362 subjects including 268 males and 94 females with a mean age of 43.7±12.3 yrs from a population of Han Nationality in Chengdu area. The results showed that the frequencies of apoE phenotypes and alleles were: E 3/3 72.93%, E 2/3 12.98%, E 3/4 11.33%, E 2/4 1 38%, E 4/4 1.38%, E 2/2 0.00%; ε 3 0.8508, ε 2 0.0718, ε 4 0.0774. The results also showed that the apo E 2(E 2/3 +E 2/2 ) group had lower levels of serum TC and apoB100 ( P <0.05) and a higher level of serum apoE ( P <0.001) when compared with the apoE 3(E 3/3 ) or apoE 4(E 3/4 +E 4/4 ) group. No significant difference was observed in TG, apoAⅠ, apoCⅡ, and apoCⅢ levels among the apoE 2, E 3 and E 4 groups ( P >0.05).
