摘  要:利用金相显微镜(OM)、场发射扫描电镜(FEG-SEM)以及基于FEG-SEM上的X射线能谱仪(EDS)和电子背散射衍射系统(EBSD)分析研究了斯太尔摩冷却的国产盘条和盐浴淬火的进口盘条的微观组织结构。组织分析结果表明,斯太尔摩盘条组织表层的晶粒平均尺寸小于心部,盘条截面不规则珠光体片层结构较多,但片间距比盐浴淬火盘条片间距细;而盐浴淬火盘条表层和心部组织差异不大,珠光体片层结构较均匀。Microstructure of two kinds of hot rolled hypereutectoid steel wire rod for bridge steel cable were characterized by means of optical microscopy(OM),filed emission scanning electron microscopy(FEG-SEM),x-ray energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) technique.One kind was DP wire rod cooled by Stelmor conveyor line,the other was DLP rod cooled by salt-bath quenching.The results of microstructure analysis indicate that the average grain size of surface layer of the DP wire rod is less than that of the center area.More irregular pearlite lamellar structure is observed in the cross section of the DP rod and the pearlite interlamellar spacing of the DP rod is less than that of DLP wire rod.Moreover,less difference of average grain size is found between the surface layer and the center area as well as the uniform pealite lamellar structure is observed in the DLP wire rod.
