当归饮片及其煎剂HPLC指纹图谱的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究当归饮片及其煎剂指纹图谱的相关性。方法采用HPLC法分析指纹图谱。结果传统煎煮法制备的当归煎剂基本能检出当归的大部分特征峰,但不同特征峰的提取率差异较大。结论本研究为当归、当归煎剂、含当归复方煎剂的指纹图谱研究提供了一定参考。Objective To study the correlation of HPLC fingerprint on the decoction pieces and decoction of Angelicae Sinensis Radix. Methods HPLC with Zorbax SB-Aq column was used, acetonitrile -0.05% phosphoric acid （ gradient elution ） as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 290 nm, flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1, and column temperature was 35 ℃. Results Most composition ofAngelicae Sinensis Radix could be extracted by traditional decoction method, but the extraction percentages of the peaks have larger difference. Conclusion The results can provide a reference for the study of the fingerprint of Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix decoction or preparations containing Angelicae Sinensis Radix.
