高效液相色谱法测定当归养血丸中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立当归养血丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86),检测波长:230 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果芍药苷线性范围为12.68～126.8μg/mL,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.32%,RSD为0.38%。结论本法操作简便、准确、可靠,能有效的控制当归养血丸的质量。Objective To establish the method for quantitative determination of Paeoniflorin in Danggui Yangxue Pill.Methods HPLC was used in this study. Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）colunm was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid （14 ： 86）.The detecition^wavelength was set at 230nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin were 12.68-126.8 μg/mL （r = 0.999 9）.The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.32%and 0.38%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reliable, and can effectively control the quality of Danggui Yangxue Pill.
