摘　　要："三长一短"的问题在三级医院的门急诊都有不同程度存在,尤其是位于大中城市中心居住区域的三级医院。通过多渠道的综合预约和一站式付费平台,医院可以为患者提供方便快捷的预约服务,培养患者的预约习惯,有效地减少非就诊时间和环节,全面提高患者对服务的满意度和医院的运营效率。＂Three long one short＂ problem in the third-level hospital has existed for a long time,especially in the hospital of center living area.Through multi-channel comprehensive appointment process and one-stop pay platform for patients which will help reduce the time for waiting and queuing and shorten medical process for patient.This combined medical process design will improve patient satisfaction and hospital operating efficiency.
