摘  要:目的:了解新生儿重症监护室(NICU)内呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)中嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌(SMA)感染的耐药情况,为指导临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用MicroscanWalkAway 40全自动微生物分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏实验,对气管插管末端或吸痰管末端分离培养的16株SMA的耐药性进行监测。结果:SMA对亚胺培南、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素的耐药率均在100%,左氧氟沙星、米诺环素、复方新诺明的耐药率(0%-18.7%)最低,替卡西林/棒酸耐药率较低(25%)。结论:SMA为NICU内感染常见菌,耐药率高且易出现多重耐药,应根据药敏结果选取合适的抗生素。Objective: To study the drug resistance of stenotrophomonas maltophilia (SMA) in newborn with ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP). Methods: 16 SMA trains were isolated from 16 newborns infected with SMA. API staphsystem and K-B agar diffusion method were used to identify the isolated SMA and to perform drug susceptibility testing. Results: 16 SMA trains were isolated.The drug-resistant rate to Imipeuem,Ceftriaxone, Cefotaxime and Gentamycin was 100%,and the rate to levofloxacin,minocycline, compound sulfame-thoxazole was low (0%-18.7%), relatively low to ticarcillin/ca (25% ). Conclusion: SMA has become important pathogen of VAP in NICU. The case of the antibiotic-resistant of SMA was serious. Drugs should be chosen based on sensitivity test results in clinical anti-infective therapy.
