右胸小切口常温心脏不停跳心内直视术15例

摘　　要：目的：介绍右胸小切口常温心脏不停跳心内直视手术的体会。方法：选择先天性心脏病15例，经右胸小切口在常温体外循环心脏不停跳下修补心脏间隔缺损。房间隔缺损6例，室间隔缺损9例，合并右心室流出道狭窄1例．结果：无手术并发症和手术死亡。结论：右胸小切口常温心脏不停跳修补心间隔缺损创伤小、简便、安全、恢复快、美容效果好。Objectivc:To introduce the experience of open heart surgery by small right thoracic incision without heart arrest with normal body temperature.Methods:Thirteen patients with congenital heart disease underwent the open heart operation through small right thoracic incision without heart arrest with normathermic cardiopulmonary bypass,including 6 cases of ASD,9 cases of VSD,one of which complicated with RVOTS.Results:There was no operative mortality and complications.Concluslon:The open heart surgery through small right thoracic incision appears to be a less traumatic,safe,simple and good cosmetical result, as compared with median sternotomy.
