摘  要:Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on the skin histomorphology of senile mice. Methods: The subacute senile model of mouse was made by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose into the neck, then they were randomly allocated into an acupuncture group, a moxibustion group, a model group, and a blank group, and measured the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and content of hydroxyproline (Hyp) in the skin tissue. Results: Acupuncture and moxibustion at Zusanli (ST 36) could decrease the content of MDA, enhance the activity of GSH-Px, and increase the content of Hyp in the skin tissue of senile mice. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion at Zusanli (ST 36) could delay the senescence progress of mice's skin.目的:观察针灸对衰老模型小鼠皮肤组织形态的影响。方法:长期颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖造成小鼠亚急性衰老模型,随机分为针刺组、艾灸组、模型组和空白组,检测皮肤组织中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase,GSH-Px)活力、羟脯氨酸(Hydroxyproline,Hyp)含量。结果:针灸足三里穴能够使衰老模型小鼠皮肤组织中的MDA含量减少,GSH-Px活力增强,Hyp含量增多。结论:针灸足三里穴对小鼠皮肤衰老具有拮抗作用。
