摘 要:目的通过尿干化学法检测尿白细胞(WBC)与人工显微镜检查作比较,分析导致干化学法检测假阴性及假阳性的原因。方法收集1 036例患者新鲜尿液,分别用干化学法检测及人工显微镜检查,对其中WBC结果进行分析。结果以人工显微镜检查作为确证标准,干化学检测尿WBC的假阴性率为9.36%,假阳性率为5.41%。结论干化学法检测尿WBC简便快速,但有相当高的假阳性率和假阴性率,进行尿液分析时应按标准化的要求进行外观、理学、化学及显微镜检查。Objective To compare the results of urine white blood cell(WBC)detected by chemistry method and microscope method,and analyze the reasons of the false negative and the false positive by dry chemistry method.Methods 1 036 fresh urine samples were collected and analyzed by means of dry chemistry method and microscope method.The result of WBC was analyzed.Results We took the detection result of microscope method as the criterion,the false negative rate and false positive rate of the dry chemistry detection of WBC were 9.36%,5.41% respectively.Conclusion It is rapid and convenient for WBC detection by the way of dry chemistry method,but it has a high false positive rate and false negative rate.The examinations of appearance,physics,chemistry and microscope are suggested to be done on the urine analysis.
