摘　　要：在分析大量的成功新城规划案例过程中,结合长春市净月开发区自身特点,归纳总结了四点关于新城规划建设的原则:确保易通行性、提高功能的多元化、鼓励密集化并确保活动的平衡以及创建积极特性。其中对于提升新城品牌形象注入了独特见解。期望可以为长春市净月开发区新城规划与建设提供有价值的建议。Based on the reasonable analysis of the success of a large number of cases of new town planning process, combined with its own characteristics of Jingyue Development Zone, we get four principles from summarization on the town planning and construction： to ensure the better transportation, improve func- tional diversification,intensification and to encourage to coordinate humans＇ activities and create a positive feature. Then the article provides a credible conclusion about significance of building a positive feature for Jingyue Development Zone. Lastly, the article expects to provide valuable advice for planning to construct Jingyue Development Zone into a wonderful new town.
