摘　　要：运用SWOT方法分析了沈阳市发展生产性服务业的优势、劣势以及面临的机会和威胁,指出发展以高新技术为基础的现代生产性服务业对于振兴老工业基地的意义。提出了适用于不同城市经济条件的战略模式:知识化发展模式、集群化发展模式、链式化发展模式、依托中心市场发展模式,并分析了它们的形成机理及实施关键。With SWOT analysis method, advantage and disadvantage, chance and threat of developing productive service in Shenyang will be analyzed by this paper. Then the article points out the significance of developing high technology-based modem productive service industry in developing old industrial bases. On this basis, strategic modes for the economical environment in different cities are raised： intellectual de- velopment, aggregative development, chained development and market-centered development. Lastly, the formation mechanism and key points in applying these modes are analyzed.
