平痤方联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察平痤方联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法将120例轻中度寻常性痤疮患者随机分成3组(各40例):中药组,口服中药汤剂平痤方;西药组,外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶;联合组,口服中药汤剂平痤方,同时夜间外用异维A酸红霉素凝胶。用药6周后对其疗效进行统计学分析。结果 3组总有效率比较,其中联合组基本治愈率和有效率均明显高于中药组和单纯西药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后分值明显下降,与西药组及中药组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。且无明显不良反应。结论平痤方联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮临床疗效好,安全性高。Objective To observe the Pingzuofang combined isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris clinical efficacy.Methods 120 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into three groups（n=40）：traditional Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,the combination group;They were treated with Pingzuofang or Isotretinoin erythromycin gel or Pingzuofang and Isotretinoin erythromycin gel respectively.After 6 weeks of treatment,The effectiveness was statistically analyzed.Results There were significant difference in therapeutic efficacy among the three groups;The efficiency of Combination group was significantly higher than that of Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group（P〈0.05）,the Score after treatment of Combination group was significantly lower than that of Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group（P〈0.05）;and with no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Pingzuofang and Isotretinoin erythromycin gel are effective and safe in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.
