清热破瘀法对药物流产不全干预治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清热破瘀法对药物流产不全干预治疗的临床疗效。方法选择广州市白云区中医医院门诊早孕药物流产不全患者150例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组服用清热破瘀中药方(水蛭、紫草、马齿笕合生化汤加减),对照组服用八珍益母胶囊。结果两组子宫出血时间、子宫出血量、2周尿HCG转阴率及清宫率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。结论早孕药物流产不全时,清热破瘀法能有效缩短子宫出血时间,减少产后子宫出血量,提高尿HCG转阴率及降低清宫率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qi Re Po Yu herbs in treating incomplete abortion by durgs. Methods 150 patients who were diagnosised early incomplete abortion by durgs from the outpatient of Baiyun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangzhou, the patients were randomized into the Observation group and the control group. The Observation Group were given the Qi Re Po Yu prescription of Traditional Chinese medicine （Suizhi, Zicao, Machijian combined with Shenghuatang）, the control group were given Bazhenyimujiaonang. Results There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈 0.05） of The bleeding time and hemorrhage from the uterus, The serum conversion rates of HCG after two weeks and The Hystera clearance rate between the two groups, The efficiency of The Observation Group is superior to The Control group. Conclusion Qi Re Po Yu herbs could effectively decreased the bleeding time and hemorrhage from the uterus, increased the serum conversion rates of HCG and decreased hystera clearance rate in early incomplete abortion by durgs, and was well worth clinical popularizing and application.
