摘 要:用中心旋转法设计了防皱整理剂RESIN BRT、拒油防污剂PM-492和氯化镁3个变量、5个水平的20个试验.通过分析试样的折皱回复角、释放甲醛量、撕破强力保留率的等值图,确定了较佳的拒油防污防缩整理工艺:防皱整理剂RESIN BRT 80~85 g/L,拒油防污剂PM-492 40 g/L,MgCl2.6H2O 12~13 g/L,整理液pH值4.2,二浸二轧,105~110℃下预烘3 min,165~170℃下焙烘2 min.整理后衬布的拒水拒油性能达到120分,水洗尺寸变化率为-0.7%,热熔衬布释放甲醛量小于40 mg/kg,折皱回复角大于270°,衬布的质量符合优等品的要求.Twenty experiments have been conducted by using central rotational design with five levels and three variables including wrinkle resistant finishing agent RESIN BRT,oil-repellent agent PM-492 and magnesium chloride.After wrinkle recovery angle,releasing formaldehyde,tearing strength retention value were analyzed,the better technology of oil-repellent and shrink-repellent finish was revealed,namely RESIN BRT 80~85 g/L,oil-repellent agent PM-492 40 g/L,magnesium chloride 12~13 g/L,PH value of finishing bath 4.2,two-dip-two-dry,pre-curing at 105~110 ℃ for 3 minutes and curing at 165~170 ℃ for 2 minutes.After being processed,the water and oil-repellent performance of lining cloth could be marked as 120,the washing dimension size rate to-0.7%,the released formaldehyde of fusible lining cloth less than 40 mg/kg,the wrinkle recovery angle more than 270°.Therefore,it can be concluded that the quality of lining cloth being processed by this technology conforms to the demand of best quality.
