摘　　要：建立自然生态自治保护区,完善监督、管理及法律相关体制,制定适合于自治保护区的一套政策,以期从根本上改变自然生态保护区逐渐遭到破坏的局面,使保护区回归到原生态面貌。To establish the natural ecology autonomous protectorate became one kind to have the feasibility and the necessary management,and it is the superior choice.Simultaneously,to consummates the management,supervision and the legal related system,to formulate a set of policies to suit the autonomous protectorate.Fundamentally,to change the present situation of the natural ecology protectorate this has destroyed,to enable the protectorate to return to the original ecology appearance.
