是否用药与来访者对其心理治疗师伦理评价的关系

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法对在全国范围内1 100名来访者进行调查,以了解是否用药与来访者对其心理治疗师伦理评价的关系。结果发现,合并用药的来访者年龄偏大、学历偏低,治疗师对他们更容易表达愤怒情绪,更多在治疗时接听电话,在知情同意和保密原则方面做得更差,更少主动和他们建立非性的双重关系。说明是否用药对治疗师和来访者的互动有全面的影响,心理治疗师需要加强系统的专业训练和督导。The study used questionnaire survey to investigate the relationship between clients＇ medication usage and their evaluation of the therapists＇ ethical practices in 1 100 clients in China. The results showed that the medication users were older, less educated than non--medication users, their therapists showed more anger toward them, were more likely to answer phone calls during a session, performed poorer on informed consent and confidentiality, were less likely to engage in non--sexual dual relationship with them. Medication usage was significantly related to therapist--client interaction, professional training and clinical supervision should be enhanced in psychotherapists.
