摘　　要：大学生就业问题是目前社会发展中引起广泛关注的一个热点问题,而其中就业弱势群体的出现则是影响到家庭、高校和社会发展的一个难点,涉及到这个群体的就业理念、高校层面的职业生涯指导以及国家层面政策支持等。问题的解决须从政府重视、社会各界支持弱势群体就业,高校积极实施就业弱势群体教育和指导等方面去构建或完善就业网络、开拓就业市场、培训就业技能等相应的保障服务体系与措施。The employment problem of university students is a hot issue which has aroused widespread concern in the social development.The emergence of vulnerable groups of graduates is a difficult problem affecting the development of families,universities and society,and involves the issues of employment concept,the career guidance by the college and the national policy support.To solve these problems,we should develop the corresponding service system and take measures,such as building or improving the employment network,opening up the employment market,and providing proper training of skills for the students.And these measures must have support from government,society,and universities.
