摘　　要：目的探讨埋线法重睑成形术的一种新术式。方法双针同步、深浅交替、多点打结,行埋线法重睑成形术96例(186侧),观察重睑效果。结果随访观察6～48个月,重睑线流畅,并发症少,效果持久、恒定。结论本方法兼具了间断埋线法与连续埋线法的优点,方法简便,效果肯定。Objective To explore a new method of embedded sutures for double eyelid plasty.Methods Multiple suture ligations with two simultaneously embedded sutures which traveled beneath the skin and superficial to the tarsal alternatively were performed to form the double eyelid in 96 cases（186 sides）.Results Constant double eyelids with natural curve and appearance were observed during the follow up period of 6-48 months after operation.Conclusion This technique has merits the superiorities of both the interrupted and continuously embedded suture methods.It＇s simple,easy-to-operate and effective.
