摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎的治疗效果。方法回顾分析医院2006年12月至2009年10月腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎76例患者的临床资料。结果腹腔镜下完成75例,中转开腹1例,术后胆囊窝积液2例,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论只要选择合适的手术时机,方法得当,腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎是安全、可行的,必要时可中转开腹处理。Objective To explore the effect of acute cholecystitis with laparoscopie cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods 76 cases of acutecholecystitis undergone laparoseopic cholecystectomy from December 2006 to October 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 75 cases of acute cholecystitis were successfully operated.One case was converted to laparotomy.Two cases were fluidified in fossa of gallbladder.There was no severe complication.Conclusion If the opportunity of LC is chosen correctly,it can be sdely and feasible applied to the patients with acute cholecystitis.
