多层螺旋CT对卵巢粘液性肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT在卵巢粘液性肿瘤诊断中临床应用价值，提高对其CT诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法研究对象包括2000年1月到2010年1月间，临床怀疑有卵巢肿瘤性病变而行SCTE检查者260例，回顾性分析32例经手术、病理证实的粘液性卵巢肿瘤的CT表现。结果32例（39个病灶）卵巢粘液性肿瘤均表现为囊性为主，形态多为圆形或圆形，病灶平均直径大于5cm。其中粘液性囊腺瘤18例21个，表现为单房6个，多房15个。交界性囊腺瘤6倒，表现为壁厚而不规则的囊壁及分隔，实性成分相对较多。粘液性囊腺癌lO例，表现为多房囊实性为主的肿块，常侵犯邻近组织结构。结论对于有特征性的粘液性卵巢肿瘤，CT诊断不难，但少数不典型的囊腺瘤，鉴别诊断有一定的局限性，需综合分析，以提高诊断正确性。Objective： To study the clinical application value of spiral CT in the mucous ovarian tumors. Improving the ability of CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis of its. Methods ： The study group included 260 patients who were suspected of ovarian tumors, from january, 2000 to january, 2010. CT features of 32 cases with histologically proven mucous ovarian tumors were retrospectively reviewed. Results ： 32 cases in the mucous ovarian tumors with 39 lesions demonstrated predominantly round or oval systic masses, with more than 5cm in diameter, thin. Mucinous ovarian cystadenomas in 18 cases with 21 lesions ,6 （6/21） u niloeular, 15 （15/21）muhilocular. The borderline transformation ovarian cystadenomas in 4 eases, ti is demonstrated predominately thick irregular wall or septa with projections, solids composition be opposite and more. Mucous eystadenoeareinomas in 10 cases,ti is demonstrated predominately muhiloeular with systis and solid ares, and often have involved adjacent tissues and struetures. Conclusion： CT is valuable for the diagnosis of typical mucous ovarian tumors, while needs synthetieahy analyzed for atypical ones.
