经尿道等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生术后近期并发症分析

摘　　要：目的:观察经尿道等离子电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生术后近期并发症的疗效。方法:对采用PKRP治疗前列腺增生216例患者的临床资料进行了分析。结果:近期出血7.4%(16/216),膀胱痉挛17.6%(38/216),术后暂时性尿失禁4.6%(10/216),排尿困难3.2%(7/216),急性附睾炎2.3%(5/216)。结论:PKRP是治疗BPH安全有效的方法,术前详细采集病史、术中正确操作及术后有效处理可有效减少手术并发症。Objective： Analyze the management early postoperative complications of transurethral plasmakinetic resection prostate. Methods：retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 216 patients with BPH who were treated PKRP. Results： Bleeding 7.4%, bladder spasm 17.6%, transient incontinence 4. 6% , dysuresia 3.2% , acute epididymitis 2. 3%. Conclusion： PKRP are safe and effective surgical treatment methods for benign prostatic hyperplasia, intraoperative correct operation and postoperative patients treatment can effectively reduce surgical complications.
