输卵管梗阻性不孕与人工流产关系的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响不孕的相关因素,为预防和治疗不孕症提供科学依据。方法:对临床接诊的不孕症妇女,筛选出输卵管梗阻性不孕患者进行调查和分析,结果通过统计学X2检验进行显著性分析。结果:接诊不孕症患者1658例,其中输卵管梗阻性不孕538例,发生率为32.45%。输卵管梗阻性不孕与人工流产有密切关系,而人工流产并发症是导致输卵管梗阻的主要原因。结论:加强生殖健康和孕前保健教育,尤其是青少年性教育。约束婚前性行为,采取必要避孕措施,降低人工流产率。手术时严格按照手术操作规程,减少手术创伤和感染。提高妇女计划生育知识认知度和技能,不但是减少妇女身心创伤,保护妇女安康的手段,更是社会文明的重要体现。Objective： The discussion influ- ence sterile correlation factor, to prevent and treats sterility to provide the scientific basis. Methods：To my courtyard clinical accepting sterility woman, screens the oviduct obstruc tion sterile patient to carry on the investigation and the analysis, the result carries on the significance analysis through statistics chi -square test. Results： Accepting sterility patient 1658 examples, the oviduct obstruction sterile 538 examples, the formation rate is 32. 45%. The oviduct obstruction sterile and the induced abortion has the close relation, but the induced abortion complication is causes the oviduct obstruction the primary cause. Conclusion： Before strengthening the reproductive health and is pregnant, the health education, particularly young people sex education. The restraint the sex act, took the essential contraceptive measure before the wedding,cuts the artificial rate of abortion. When surgery according to the surgery working instruction, reduces the surgery wound and the infection strictly. Enhances the woman birth control knowledge cognition and the skill , not only reduces the womanbody and mind wound, protects the woman peace and good health the method, is social civilization important manifestation.
