奇正消痛贴膏联合奇正青鹏软膏治疗腰椎退变性骨关节病的中长期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨奇正消痛贴膏联合奇正青鹏软膏治疗腰椎退变性骨关节病的中长期疗效及临床应用的可行性。方法采用随机对照试验原则对400例腰椎退变性骨关节病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各200例。治疗组给予奇正消痛贴膏联合奇正青鹏软膏进行治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸联合复方夏天无片口服治疗。观察2组临床疗效、视觉疼痛评分量表(VAS)评分、功能评价及不良反应。结果治疗组良好率为67.0%高于对照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后VAS评分均改善(P<0.05),但治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后功能评价比较及治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奇正消痛贴膏联合奇正青鹏软膏治疗腰椎退变性骨关节病,中长期临床效果较好。Objective To discuss the possibility and long-term follow-up result of Qizhengxiaotongtie plaster combined with Qizhengqingpeng ointment in degenerative lumbar spine disease.Methods 400 cases patients with degenerative lumbar spine disease were divided into treatment group and control group,each of 200 cases.Treatment group were given Qizhengxiaotongtie plaster combined with Qizhengqingpeng ointment,control group were treated with nimesulide and Fufangxiatianwu tablet.Follow-up observation of two groups,up from 3～20months,an average of 13.6 months.Observed clinical efficacy,visual pain rating scale（VAS） score,functional assessment and adverse reaction of two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group（67.0%） was higher than that of control group（57.5%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the VAS score of two groups improved（P〈0.05）,but between two groups,these was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Comparisons and functional assessment before and after treatment and after treatment difference between two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Qizhengxiaotongtie plaster combined with Qizhengqingpeng ointment in degenerative lumbar spine disease has a nice long-term efficacy.
